Love Poem
Your Beauty's Garden
Author: Daniel Erdle
A walk through your garden' s flowers, could last for countless hours. They would grow even without spring showers, as high as the sky your beauty towers. It is a place where the sun always shines, where there are the best grapevines, producing the finest wines. Your beauty's vines capture and entwine, one look at you and I'll never be free, for something this powerful has no key. Being in your garden is no problem for me, this is the most beautiful place I will ever see. I could just lay in the grass, and watch the days pass, gaze upon sky and watch the clouds amass, nothing on this earth can surpass. The only sound is that of the bird's song, for nothing else is pleasing enough to belong, for in your beauty's garden nothing is wrong. In your garden the largest plants grow, and the streams never cease to flow. After a soothing rain, appears a rainbow, soaring over the cool majestic meadow. Roses and tulips scatter the ground, a more splendid place could never be found, natural beauty is all around, it will encircle and surround. The massive trees provide ample shade, how could such a perfect place ever be made, here nature's beauty is always obeyed. I never want to leave, throw away the pardon for nothing can compare to your beauty's garden. But I take comfort in knowing I can visit whenever I want, for I know the girl whose garden this is and flaunts, I can see this beauty's garden just as surely as the sunrise, because I see this wonderful garden every time I look in your eyes.
