Ah! the fantasy of love
that burns and flows, 
wrapping silky arms
of flame about my
languid limbs
all shaken from the 
flutter of an eyelid, 
tossed by the breath
of a half-heard sound, 
a chime in eager ears
that strain to catch
those cherished words
I love you.
