Love Song

When evening has gone,
and darkness is falling,
my heart keeps recalling
sweet memories of you.
With the moon shining brightly
and the spell I am under,
I think and I wonder
whate'er can I do
to make you adore me
with a love that is true -
my heart is ever 
calling to you.
Then from a land faraway
across the blue sea
I hear your voice singing
a love song to me.
